This week we are bringing you our go to Spiritual Guide for Surviving Quarantine with three of our favorite ladies – Mama Medicine aka Deborah Hanekamp, Feng Shui expert Meghan Wallace James, and Crystal Queen Colleen McCann.
We first chat with Deborah Hanekamp who reveals to us the shift in the collective aura color she is seeing and how we must all focus on gentleness, softness, and returning to the womb right now. So many of us are trying to do all the things and have intense at home routines, but Deborah says this is not what we need right now and that in fact the Earth wants us to take better care of ourselves. She teaches us to look at the things in our home as healing tools, to use items in our kitchen to create beautiful ritual baths, and how we can give back to the Earth right now.
We then chat with Meghan Wallace James who gives us many practical feng shui tips to balance the energy in our homes. She shares with us the three earth areas of the home – Love, Wisdom, and Health, that we should be focusing on right now and how to infuse these areas with earth items. She encourages us all to indulge intentionally, to make new dedicated spaces for creativity for ourselves and our children, and teaches us how to find a sense of calm by working with lines of sight in your home.
We then finish the episode with Colleen McCann who is the first person we call when we need the 411 on anything crystals. She gives us the inside scoop on what crystals we should be working with for things like anxiety, clarity, immunity boosting, lung function, organizing – you name it she has a crystal for it. She then shares with us how to use these crystals, if their size matters, where to put them, and how to cleanse them. She even gives us a very important practice we can all do before bed that releases the energy of the day before you go to sleep.

Focus on your breath, take the pressure off yourself that you have to do it right. Keep showing up and try different meditation to find what works for you.
- Self-Care Hack?
I make sure to clear everyone out of my space every night and get out into nature. I clear people’s energy by creating a bubble out infront of you, putting everyone from the day in that bubble, and then blow up the bubble. This gives the person their energy back.
- If you could give any piece of life advice what would it be?
If you don’t like how things are going, believe that you can change your perception and everything else will change.
