“Relationships that do not end peacefully do not end at all." – Katherine Woodward Thomas

Today we have relationship guru & New York Times bestselling author – Katherine Woodward Thomas! She’s the woman behind the book “Conscious Uncoupling” – made famous by the divorce of none other than Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin. Katherine was single and with just 8 months to her 42nd birthday, Katherine committed to being engaged by 42. Her success prompted her to share the power of manifestation in her acclaimed book, “Calling in the One.” In this episode, we chat everything from intention-setting, to letting go of old patterns, and holding yourself accountable to becoming the person you need to be for that relationship. Katherine also dives into lessons from her ultimately amicable separation, battle with cancer, and other trials throughout her life and career. She guides us in a 10-minute intention-setting meditation for her Personal Practice, so stay tuned and get your deepest desire lined up and ready to get called in too!

Focus on your breath, take the pressure off yourself that you have to do it right. Keep showing up and try different meditation to find what works for you.

I make sure to clear everyone out of my space every night and get out into nature. I clear people’s energy by creating a bubble out infront of you, putting everyone from the day in that bubble, and then blow up the bubble. This gives the person their energy back.
