We are very excited to welcome Ria Ray to this week’s episode of DenTalks! Ria Ray is an artist, spiritual healer, and clairvoyant. She discovered her gift and passion after a tragic accident took her family in 1997 and she was forced to look within to find healing and greater purpose in her life. We talk about the first time she discovered her abilities when she inhabited the body of another person and took on all their insecurity and doubt, how that transfer of energy and empathy happens and who is more open and susceptible to it. Since Ria believes we all have the ability to heal should we choose to cultivate it, we’ll also talk about how to work on your own self love and healing, what you should look for in a potential spiritual teacher and how they might not be who you expect, as well as following your destiny should you feel called to heal others. This episode will provide a lot of insight on how to recover and even thrive after experiencing tragedy in your life. Ria will then lead us into a breath meditation at the end of the episode to help shift your energy to become more present and let go of whatever isn’t serving you.

- What type of meditation do you rely on the most? Breath
- What is a helpful tip you would give someone to achieve a deep meditation? Find that thing that helps you light up – it could be walking with music, it could be anything but go and find it and use your breath to find it. Anything can be a meditation.
- What was your best worst day? Best day was my children entering the world.

Psychic Meditation which is energy tools, visual meditation which is also her personal practice
- Helpful tip for valuable meditation?
Focus on your breath, take the pressure off yourself that you have to do it right. Keep showing up and try different meditation to find what works for you.
- Self-Care Hack?
I make sure to clear everyone out of my space every night and get out into nature. I clear people’s energy by creating a bubble out infront of you, putting everyone from the day in that bubble, and then blow up the bubble. This gives the person their energy back.
- If you could give any piece of life advice what would it be?
If you don’t like how things are going, believe that you can change your perception and everything else will change.
