Welcome to DENtalks! Today we are joined by Gahl Sasson, teacher of Astrology, Mythology, Mysticism, Kabbalah, and so much more. W Magazine even named him the best astrologer in Los Angeles! He teaches all around the world and we are fortune to have him lead workshops at The DEN. His first book, “A Wish Can Change a Life” is endorsed by the Dalai Lama himself and has been translated into 8 languages. He’s a brilliant man who comes from a world of academics but was always on the search for what everything really means. This search took him from Israel, to Mexico, to Guadalajara, and finally to Los Angeles. We discuss Past Lives and how learning a language is Gahl’s recommendation for helping you tap into your past lives. Interestingly though, even with all the astrology he knows – he thinks the meaning of your NAME carries a lot of weight and is really your true path. He says you should look to your name first to understand your purpose and who you are. No surprise, that there is also a shadow side to everyones name and we talk about that too. We dive into some juicy topics about astrology, like exploring the charts of certain countries and why some have proclivity towards war more than others, how astrology was used in WW2, and what we have to look our for in 2019. Gahl is incredible and hearing his across the world journey from academia to now is so inspiring – he proves that things really do all happen for a reason, there are no coincidences.

    Psychic Meditation which is energy tools, visual meditation which is also her personal practice
  2. Helpful tip for valuable meditation?
    Focus on your breath, take the pressure off yourself that you have to do it right. Keep showing up and try different meditation to find what works for you.
  3. Self-Care Hack? 
    I make sure to clear everyone out of my space every night and get out into nature. I clear people’s energy by creating a bubble out infront of you, putting everyone from the day in that bubble, and then blow up the bubble. This gives the person their energy back.
  4. If you could give any piece of life advice what would it be?
    If you don’t like how things are going, believe that you can change your perception and everything else will change.
