“This is the beauty of human consciousness. It’s not limited in one form, one color, one body shape - it’s all inclusive.” – Chandresh Bhardwaj
COVID-19 Series: Part 3
This week is our third episode of our COVID-19: Perspective Series. In this episode, we sit down with one of our first DEN instructors, author and spiritual advisor Chandresh Bhardwaj to talk about COVID-19 from a spiritual perspective. Because we are living in a time where there is a collective energy of anxiety, anger and pain, Chandresh talks to us about how it’s now more important than ever to give a conscious outlet to our feelings and expression. For many people, there will be pressure to avoid negative feelings and focus on the positive, but this will actually cause feelings to come back and multiply.
So how can we deal with it instead? We talk about how having reverence for both the dark and light energy can help you reframe this experience to cultivate gratitude and trust. This is the time to let go of ego trips and grudges, to respect your existence and mother nature. Chandresh explains how creating this trust will help you to understand your existence beyond the body, and beyond the emotions and thoughts that are running in you so you can realize your own strength.
After the episode, Chandresh leads us into a five minute “Who Am I” meditation practice to help you feel more grounded.
“Don’t judge yourself with your practice. Be easy with yourself, be compassionate – even five minutes is a good start.” – Chandresh Bhardwaj
- “Who Am I” Guided Meditation
- Type of Meditation you rely on most?
Psychic Meditation which is energy tools, visual meditation which is also her personal practice
- Helpful tip for valuable meditation?
Focus on your breath, take the pressure off yourself that you have to do it right. Keep showing up and try different meditation to find what works for you.
- Self-Care Hack?
I make sure to clear everyone out of my space every night and get out into nature. I clear people’s energy by creating a bubble out infront of you, putting everyone from the day in that bubble, and then blow up the bubble. This gives the person their energy back.
- If you could give any piece of life advice what would it be?
If you don’t like how things are going, believe that you can change your perception and everything else will change.
