"Dreams Decoded"

“What happens in our dreams is bigger than ourselves." – Connie Kaplan

This week we we get into the mystical world of dreams with author and spiritual teacher, Connie Kaplan. After a mysterious illness left her bedridden for over 18 months, Connie started to notice patterns within her dreams, and has since integrated her personal experiences with her backgrounds in both psychology and ministry to write multiple books and lead dream circles relating to the powerful ways in which our dreams connect us to greater consciousness, the source, and soul. We have no doubt the connections Connie has found between her dreams, the lunar cycle, and even her own feminine cycle just might inspire you to start tracking your own, so for those of you looking to dive deeper into dreamwork don’t miss Connie’s personal practice to help you remember your dreams each night.

“We’re all emanating from one universal field of consciousness.” – Connie Kaplan

  1. Type of Meditation you rely on most?
Psychic Meditation which is energy tools, visual meditation which is also her personal practice

Focus on your breath, take the pressure off yourself that you have to do it right. Keep showing up and try different meditation to find what works for you.
  3. Self-Care Hack?
I make sure to clear everyone out of my space every night and get out into nature. I clear people’s energy by creating a bubble out infront of you, putting everyone from the day in that bubble, and then blow up the bubble. This gives the person their energy back.
