“As women we pay a mom tax." – Catt Sadler
This week, we sit down with three-time Emmy-winning journalist and former E! host Catt Sadler. Catt has spent more than twenty years on-air covering the entertainment industry, but when she left E! after finding out her male co-host was making double what she was, she quickly became a prominent voice in the Time’s Up movement. We discuss what went through her head when she made the big decision to leave, life after E! running her own business, and how she still considers herself a “work in progress.” Plus, don’t miss some of Catt’s sleep routine secrets, as well as an excerpt from Pema Chodron on perfection as her personal practice at the end of the episode.
“I knew that the universe would take care of me because what I did was right.” – Catt Sadler

Focus on your breath, take the pressure off yourself that you have to do it right. Keep showing up and try different meditation to find what works for you. - Self-Care Hack?
I make sure to clear everyone out of my space every night and get out into nature. I clear people’s energy by creating a bubble out infront of you, putting everyone from the day in that bubble, and then blow up the bubble. This gives the person their energy back. - If you could give any piece of life advice what would it be?
If you don’t like how things are going, believe that you can change your perception and everything else will change.
